Swan Gourd

This is a swan gourd that I have painted to look like a swan. Plus I have woodburned and colored with oil pencils a scene on the side. A base was added to stabilize the gourd. It was cut from another gourd and wrapped with jute.

Not found in stores this unusual gourd is sure to bring delight and pleasure to it's owner and a source of conversation for visitors.

This gourd is protected with 3 coats of gloss sealer.
